1/What do you enjoy most about your job? 
The most enjoyable aspect of my job is its remarkable variety. Over the past seven years, I've seamlessly transitioned through various roles, from Cloud Deployment Engineer to eZee Mint Support Executive, and now eZee Mint Onboarding Specialist and Revenue Manager. eZee Mint is a robust and intuitive hotel revenue management software that applies intelligent pricing strategies to optimize revenue. Hotel owners put so much love and energy into their business and it’s nice to know I play a role in helping them optimize their revenue through technology. I take pride in embracing this ever-evolving journey.


2/Do you have a particularly memorable achievement from your time with the company?
Throughout my tenure in this industry, a few achievements hold special significance. One was working with our tech team to create an OTA Promotions API to enhance the digital experience for both partners and guests. Second, I created a comprehensive OTAs listing document, empowering our OTA team to navigate the online landscape more effectively. Third, I contributed to significant proposals like the Online Listing Management (OLM) Service commonly known as Visibility Booster., driving tangible business growth. Last but not least, I streamlined the eZee Mint onboarding process by creating a standardized standard operating procedure (SOP), ensuring a seamless transition for our valued partners. And I consider these achievements not just personal milestones, but a testament to the collaborative spirit that thrives within our organization.


3/How do you see you or your organization contributing to making it easier for hospitality and leisure properties to transform their business and delight their guests?
I feel proud that our organization plays a crucial role in Yanolja. We’ve achieved this through our exceptional support services and innovative software solutions, such as eZee Mint. Our efforts help simplify the business transformation journey for hospitality and leisure properties worldwide. Our focus on user-friendly technology and support aligns with Yanolja's future of transforming business, resulting in better guest experiences and thriving businesses.


4/What part of the hospitality and leisure industries are you most looking forward to being improved through technology?
Service is undeniably the key to creating an exceptional guest experience. It serves as the bridge connecting hospitality and leisure businesses to their customers. That's why I'm excited about the possibility of using technology to enhance service quality and accessibility. By incorporating smart systems, instant communication platforms, and personalized guest engagement tools, service delivery could be transformed in ways we've never seen before. Imagine a world where guests can easily access information, reserve services, and communicate their needs in real-time - providing a sense of comfort and convenience. This kind of innovation has the potential to revolutionize how we offer services.

A lot of people worry that technology will be used to replace the human touch that is crucial to the industry – but I believe technology will only enhance human interactions. 

5/ Do you have any favorite books, podcasts or resources that have influenced your professional growth?
One of the books that has greatly contributed to my development is "Evolving Dynamics: From Revenue Management to Revenue Strategy." Moreover, I've gleaned valuable insights from resources like HotelTechReport, Travelclick, and IDeas Revenue Solutions, all of which have deepened my understanding of revenue management in sync with our industry's transformative journey.

6/ What is your dream Travel Destination?
Switzerland is my dream travel destination. The allure of its breathtaking landscapes, from the majestic Alps to serene lakes, has always captivated my imagination.
